For in-person home improvement and property services provided by TYLERROSSUSA Corporation in Saco, Maine and surrounding areas:

• All service agreements are subject to separate written contracts
• Estimates are non-binding until confirmed in writing
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or structural issues not disclosed prior to work commencement
• All work is performed in accordance with applicable Maine state and local building codes
• Customer satisfaction is our priority; complaints should be directed to admin@tylerrossusa.com

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in York County, Maine.
